Known for being one of Istanbul's most elite neighborhoods considered as the Paris Champs Elysees it includes international brand shops, department stores, cafes, fine dining restaurants, and shopping centers such as Abdi İpekçi Street, Turkey's most expensive shopping street. The area takes over a quarter of Şişli district, Nişantaşı is a historical area of the European part of İstanbul that has always been in the center of attention for both locals and foreigners since it has the largest community of foreign residents in Istanbul after Taksim and Cihangir.
In addition to its central location only 7 minutes away from Beşiktaş (Bosphorus Coast ) 3 minutes from Osmanbey and 5 minutes away from Taksim square, with easy access to all public transportation such as Osmanbey Metro station that connects residents with all parts of the city.
